Where it's made, who tests it, what certifications they hold, and how openly they share batch data. 20%.
4. Recall History
Frequency, severity, and how the company responded. Recurring patterns lower the score significantly. 15%.
5. Real-World Performance
Feeding trial results, palatability, and reader-reported outcomes. 10%.
